Nirmala Eng. Hr. Sec. School (CBSE) is one of the leading schools in Kosabadi, Korba. which belongs to the Catholic Archdiocese of Korba.     1. The admission will be starting before the reopening of the school or as per the direction of the principal.

    2. The minimum age for admission of a child in class one must be 5 years on 31st March in the academic year in which admission is being sought.

    3. For class I, No admission test would be conducted for admission. But there will be a personal interview with the principal. For class II to XI an Entrance test will be conducted. Admission test would be on the level of the annual examination of previous class.

    • Photo of the child with the parents.
    • Copy of Birth Certificate.
    • Original TC and Copy of Final Mark Sheet
    • Fee as directed

    4. The student when admitted must take themselves acquainted with the rules notified for their conduct while studying in the school. Ignorance of rule will not be excused.

    5. Admission fees once remitted will not be refunded.

    6. The students who require Transfer Certificate should submit the application form to the principal. All the fees and other dues to the school have to be paid in order to get the T.C.


As per the instruction from CBSE Board, New Delhi. You are requested to pay the ward fee ( School Fee & Bus Fee) through non-cash transaction after receiving your ward challan from the office. Those who are interested to pay the fee of more than a month at a time are free to do so.

Your fee date will be from 1 to 10th and 16 to 20th of every month. The fee paid after 20th will be affected late charge of Rs. 10- per day. In the month of March the free has to be remitted by 15th.

When more than two students of a parent are studying in the school, one of the students will be exempted 50 % tution Fee, which student should enjoy the privilege will be according to the principal.

Annual Examination from classes 1 to 8 will commence from 02/03/2023 and timing will be from 8.30 to 11.30am.


Result Declaration for classes 9 & 11 will be on 09/03/2023.

Result Delaration for classes 1 to 8 will be on 03/04/2023.


The New academic session of 2023-24 for classes 10 & 12 will commence from 10/03/2023.

The New academic session of 2023-24 for classes 1 to 9 will commence from 10/04/2023.
